Hi, I’m Yasemin. I originally come from Bulgaria and studied BSc Physical Activity Health and Wellbeing at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.
I used to think that there were two types of people – those who loved exercise and those who loathed it. I’ve always considered myself lucky as I loved participating in various activities from a young age. I learned that the body is a resource not only of physical strength and endurance, but also has a crucial role in our relationships, the experience of our emotions, and the promotion of personal development.
As a Personal Trainer and movement lover, I have the tools to help you adapt exercise to your needs so you can flourish physically and mentally.

Here is a picture of me last year playing volleyball in Perth (Scotland) with my friends. As a child, I was part of a dance group for over ten years. In high school, I joined a volleyball team and started long distance running. Playing volleyball is one of my favourite activities and, for me, it was a great reminder of why staying fit and active is so important.
Not only is being physically fit proven to benefit our physical health, but it can also help us lead more fulfilling lives – whether that means having fun with friends, healthier relationships with grandchildren or even being able to recover more easily after a Stroke.
I am grateful that I can enjoy such activities wherever my life takes me!
