Intro / Who I Am
Hi, I’m Yasemin. I’m a Personal Trainer with a BSc in Physical Activity, Health and Wellbeing from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. I’ve always loved movement and the role it plays not just in fitness, but also in emotional wellbeing and personal development.
My special focus is on women’s health, particularly supporting women through different stages of menopause.

Qualifications & Expertise
- BSc Physical Activity, Health and Wellbeing – Queen Margaret University
- REPs Level 3 Personal Training
- GGS Menopause Specialist
- Experience working with clients managing long-term health conditions and recovery (including stroke rehabilitation)
My Approach
I believe the body is more than just muscles and endurance—it’s connected to how we feel, how we live, and the relationships around us. My coaching is evidence-based but personal, helping you adapt exercise to your needs at every stage of life.
From improving pelvic health to navigating menopause, I’ll support you in building strength, confidence, and lasting wellbeing.

Personal Story
I grew up loving movement – dancing, running, swimming, playing volleyball – which taught me that fitness should feel fun and freeing, not like a chore.
Today, I help others experience that same joy -whether it’s having more energy, recovering after illness, or regaining confidence in their bodies.
How I Can Help You
I specialise in working with women who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at any stage of life. Whether you’re navigating menopause, improving pelvic health, or simply looking to stay active and independent, I’ll help you build an exercise routine that supports both your physical and mental wellbeing.
My goal is to help you flourish in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable.

Outside of Work
In my free time, I love learning—I’m endlessly curious about how the body and mind work, and why we do the things we do. You’ll often find me with a good book, a thought-provoking podcast, or catching up with friends over coffee.
To stay active, I mix things up to keep training fun and meaningful. Some days that means long mobility sessions, other days it’s running, and of course, strength training is always part of my routine. For me, it’s all about training for life—building the resilience, energy, and freedom to enjoy everything else that matters.
