Intro / Who I Am
I’m Niamh, a Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Queen Margaret University and a qualified Personal Trainer. I’m passionate about helping people live healthier, more fulfilled lives by combining physiotherapy expertise with practical training support.

My Approach
I believe movement is for everyone. My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy with the accessibility of personal training, ensuring clients feel confident whether they’re recovering from an injury, building strength to live fully in later years, or simply discovering what their body can do.
My mission is to make both rehab and the gym more welcoming and empowering places for people of all backgrounds.


Personal Story
My interest in physiotherapy began at a young age. Growing up alongside my twin, who has a prosthetic leg, I witnessed the life-changing role physio played in helping them learn to walk again. That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could support others in overcoming challenges and achieving independence.
I’ve always loved connecting with people, understanding their unique stories, and helping them move and feel better.

With a blend of physiotherapy knowledge and personal training experience, I provide personalised programmes that are practical, progressive, and tailored to your goals.
Outside of Work
Sport has always been central to my life. I competed in athletics during high school, later took up boxing while studying, and now strength train regularly—not just because I coach it, but because it keeps me grounded, boosts my confidence, and helps my body feel its best.
Beyond the gym, you’ll usually find me outdoors, either up a mountain or swimming in the sea, rain or shine. That’s what keeps me sane!
