My Approach
I take an evidence-based, habit-driven approach to coaching. My focus is on simplifying the science and helping clients build consistent, realistic routines that fit around busy lives. I believe training should make you feel better – stronger, more resilient, and more capable in everyday life.

Personal Story
My journey into coaching started after dealing with a series of ankle injuries that kept setting me back, along with my failed attempts to recover from them.
For a long time, I focused on pushing harder instead of smarter, which only led to more frustration. Learning how to rebuild strength and confidence in my body taught me that progress isn’t about chasing perfection – it’s about consistency, patience, and understanding how your body responds.
That experience changed how I coach today. I know what it feels like to start from a setback, and I use that insight to help others move better, feel stronger, and avoid the same traps I fell into; by using science, empathy and accountability.
How I Can Help You
When you work with me, you’ll get a tailored plan, clear guidance, and ongoing support to help you move towards your goals at your own pace. Whether you want to reduce pain, build strength, return to exercise, or just feel more confident in your movement, I’ll help you find a sustainable rhythm that fits your lifestyle.

Outside of Work
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me playing basketball, training, or exploring the beautiful city of Edinburgh. I love being active, but I also enjoy slowing down: watching films, spending time with friends and family, and making the most of the balance that health and fitness bring to everyday life.
