Welcome to Health by Science. We are excited to support you on your journey! These terms are here to ensure we’re both on the same page regarding how our website, programs, and content work. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Use Our Site

Our services are designed for adults. By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

2. How You Can Use Our Content

When you buy a program or download a resource, we grant you a personal license to use it.

• For Personal Use: You can use our templates and tools for your own health journey or internal business.

• The “Yes” List: You can edit worksheets for your own use, brand them with your name if you are a coach using our “Done-For-You” resources, and share them with your own clients as PDFs.

• The “No” List: You cannot resell our raw files, claim Ru Anderson’s work as your own original creation, or share your login/access with other trainers. Think of this as a “single-user” license.

3. Payments & Automatic Renewal

To make things easy, subscriptions renew automatically using the payment method you provided. You can cancel at any time, but please do so before the renewal date to avoid new charges.

4. Our Refund Policy

We want you to be happy, but since our products are digital (and can’t be “returned”), we have a specific policy:

• 30-Day Window: For most digital products, you have 30 days to request a refund if it’s your first purchase or there is a technical glitch we can’t fix.

• 60-Day “Do The Work” Guarantee: For our signature coaching programs, we offer a 60-day guarantee. To qualify, you must show us that you’ve actually implemented the strategies and they didn’t work for you. We value commitment!

• When Refunds Don’t Apply: We cannot offer refunds on product bundles, services already delivered, or if you’ve already used and shared the content with your own clients.

5. Your Privacy & Safety

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Additionally, our Disclaimer reminds you that while we provide expert guidance, our content is for educational purposes and isn’t a substitute for personalized medical advice.

6. Respecting the Community

If your program includes access to a private group or forum, please be kind. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is rude or inappropriate to maintain a supportive environment for everyone.

7. The “Fine Print” Simplified

• Changes: We might update these terms occasionally. We’ll post the date at the top so you know what’s new.

• Liability: We do our best to provide incredible, accurate content, but we provide it “as is.” We aren’t responsible for any specific outcomes or technical issues outside of our control.

• Errors: If we made a typo in a price or description, we reserve the right to fix it and cancel any orders based on that error.
