Inspired by the life-changing power of rehabilitation.

My interest in physiotherapy began at a young age. Growing up alongside my twin, who has a prosthetic leg, I witnessed firsthand the life-changing role that professional physiotherapy plays in helping people reclaim their independence and learn to walk again.

That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could support others in overcoming their own physical challenges. I’ve always loved connecting with people and understanding their unique stories to help them move and feel better.

Grounded in performance and nature

Sport has always been central to my life. I competed in athletics throughout high school and took up boxing while studying. Today, I strength train regularly—not just because I coach it, but because it keeps me grounded and boosts my confidence. Beyond the gym, you’ll usually find me outdoors, either up a mountain or swimming in the sea—rain or shine!

Real Optimism After Surgery

I saw Niamh shortly after coming out of a cast following wrist surgery. I didn’t expect much, but I left with genuine optimism. She showed compassion for both the physical and mental aspects of injury, explained everything clearly, and gave me a clear rehab plan.
