Our Thrive Classes are designed to help you rebuild strength, balance, and confidence after a Stroke or while living with a long-term condition.
Our small-group classes combine physiotherapy expertise with the motivation of a supportive community, helping you move better and feel stronger – one step at a time.
You’ll work with specialist physios who’ll tailor exercises to your ability, support your progress, and ensure you’re training safely and effectively.

Thrive Classes are designed for anyone who wants to move more confidently, build strength, and improve their quality of life after illness or injury.
