I had always led a relatively healthy lifestyle but after moving to a new city for work I let things slip in terms of diet and exercise. I was conscious that I wanted to make a change but I was struggling to find to motivation to do it on my own. The initial consultation with them was great for both of us to assess whether it was the right fit and I havenâ€™t looked back since!
For me it was about more than achieving weight loss goals and he has been great at encouraging small lifestyle changes that have made me healthier and happier. They always manage to push me during sessions to work hard whilst making the exercises enjoyable (for the most part!) which means I leave training feeling happy with my progress and motivated to continue with the hard work in between sessions.
Training with Health By Science has been a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make a positive, long term change.
