I started training with Health by Science last year when I signed up to lose some weight. I now realise starting training with Health by Science is one of the best decisions I have made, and I am still losing and getting fitter each week.
They push me to my physical limits and they believe I can do it. They give me constant feedback, advice and support but most importantly motivation. Whilst I canâ€™t deny it is very hard work, they have never failed to deliver.
They are so positive and enthusiastic about a healthy lifestyle. They are constantly pushing me to achieve much more than I could ever achieve if I was working in the gym on my own.
They believe that nutrition is as important as exercise and takes time out prior to each session to discuss my previous weekâ€™s nutrition, as well as providing me tools to help me stay on track.
